Terms and Conditions – Copyright and Production Times

1. Content Responsibility and Copyright

Customers placing an order and submitting files, images, decklists, or any other material for printing confirm that they either own the rights to use and print the submitted content, or have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful copyright holders.

All submitted materials must comply with current laws regarding copyright, intellectual property, trademarks, and third-party rights. ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT provides a technical printing service only and does not perform prior checks on the ownership of the submitted content.

By submitting files, the customer confirms that they:

• Have full rights to use the provided content;

• Release ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT from any liability related to unauthorized use of copyrighted materials;

• Assume full legal responsibility for any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.

ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT cannot be held responsible for any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from materials submitted by the customer.

Cards printed through our service are intended solely for personal, collectible, or playtesting purposes. Use for commercial purposes, distribution, resale, or any activity that may infringe third-party rights or applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT also reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if the submitted content is clearly illegal, offensive, or potentially infringes third-party rights.

2. Production and Printing Times

Our printing service follows a scheduled production calendar, designed to ensure high-quality standards and efficient order management.

Printing sessions take place twice a month on the following dates:

• 1st of the month

• 15th of the month

All orders are included in the next available production cycle after order confirmation and receipt of all necessary files.

• Orders confirmed before a printing date will be included in the immediate next production cycle.

• Orders confirmed after a printing date will automatically be included in the following cycle.

Production times are therefore tied to this schedule.

3. Preparation, Production, and Shipping

Once a production cycle begins, cards are prepared, printed, quality-checked, and packaged.

From the start of production, orders are typically shipped within 7–12 business days.

These times include:

• File preparation

• Printing

• Quality control

• Packaging

• Shipping preparation

Delays caused by force majeure, high order volumes, or logistical issues beyond the company's control may affect delivery times but will be managed as quickly as possible.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully accept these terms regarding content responsibility and production/shipping times.

Unofficial Cards, Printing Policy, and Customized Products

1. Unofficial Nature of the Cards

Cards printed through the service provided by ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT are unofficial reproductions intended exclusively for personal use, collection, or playtesting.

ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT is not affiliated, associated, authorized, or sponsored by any official collectible card game publishers, including, but not limited to, the respective rights holders of the referenced games.

All trademarks, names, logos, and intellectual property that may appear in files submitted by customers or in printing requests belong to their respective owners and are cited solely for descriptive purposes.

The service provided by the website consists exclusively of technical printing of materials requested by the customer. The printed cards must not be considered official products or used for commercial purposes, distribution, resale, trading, or any activity that could mislead third parties into believing they are original products.

The customer also agrees not to use the printed cards for fraudulent or deceptive purposes, including reselling them as original products or introducing them into the secondary market as authentic cards.

2. Printing Files and Material Optimization

To ensure the best possible results, ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT performs a technical review of files submitted before printing.

During this process, the following operations may be performed:

• Optimization of graphic quality

• Adjustment of print format

• Correction of proportions, margins, and alignments

• Improvement of color rendering where possible

These operations are carried out solely to achieve the best printing results.

However, any quality limitations arising from the original materials provided by the customer (e.g., low-resolution images, excessive compression, or defects present in the original file) may not be fully correctable.

ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT reserves the right to contact the customer if the files are technically unsuitable for printing or require clarification before production.

For orders based on decklists, URLs, or card selection requests, the customer authorizes ProxyMasters – CardgameCRAFT to retrieve and prepare the necessary graphic materials for printing using its own resources and graphic database.

Submitting files or print requests implies acceptance of the technical preparation and optimization process performed by our staff.

3. Customized Products and Right of Withdrawal

All products sold on this site are made-to-order or customized according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of the order.

In accordance with Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customized or made-to-order products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned for personal reasons.

Customers are responsible for carefully verifying all product details and customizations before confirming their order. Any complaints related to dissatisfaction with the requested customization will not be valid grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or order cancellations.

Manufacturing defects or errors attributable to the seller will be handled exclusively through replacement of the defective product or correction of the error, after verification of the claim by our customer service.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted that the product is customized and not eligible for withdrawal.
